At 134, the number of townhome listings in Langley were 3% higher month-over-month but 32% lower year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 85, were up by 81% vs January and 60% above last February. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 63% in February, as Langley’s townhome segment remained in seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in February was $503,700, 1.7% above last month and 4% higher vs last year. The average sold price was $589,383, while the average PSF sales price was $386 (up 2% and down 3%, respectively, from last month).
