At 70, the number of townhome listings in North Vancouver were down 13% vs last month and 37% below February 2019. The 26 townhome sales in February were up by 15 from January and 2 above February 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 37%, as North Vancouver’s townhome market became favourable to sellers. February’s benchmark price was $951,100, rela- tively unchanged from January and down 0.6% from February of last year. The average sold price was $974,677 (0.5% above January) while the average PSF sales price was $628 (relatively unchanged from January).
