At 26, the number of townhome listings in Squamish were 4% below January and 40% below February 2019. Townhome sales, at 14, were up by 9 vs January but 2 lower year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio jumped to 54% in February as Squamish’s townhome market transi- tioned to seller’s market territory. The benchmark price in February was $727,800, 0.8% below last month but 7% higher than last year. The average sold price was $684,586, while the average PSF sales price was $505 (up 3% and 15%, respectively, from last month).
