Condo listings in Squamish in February, at 40, were 18% below January and 30% lower than in February 2019. Year-over-year condo sales were up by 11 in February, while increasing by 5 month-over-month (to 16). Rising to 40%, the sales-to-listings ratio reflected seller’s market conditions. February’s condo benchmark price of $487,100 was 1.7% higher month-over-month but 7% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $475,515 at an average PSF sales price of $592 (up 1.7% and up 5%, respec- tively, month-over-month).
