The 1,274 detached listings in Surrey in February were up 4% month-over-month but 19% lower year-over-year. February’s detached sales (295 homes) were up by 44% vs January and 79% above February 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased in February, to 23%, as Surrey’s detached market became favour- able to sellers. At $1.06M, the benchmark price for detached homes was 0.8% above January but 0.5% lower vs February 2019. The average sold price of $1.15M was 2% lower month-over-month but 6% above February of last year.
