The sales-to-listings ratio for townhome product in Surrey increased to 35% in February, reflecting seller’s market conditions. The benchmark price in February was $565,500, 0.8% higher month-over-month and year-over-year. The average sold price was $604,054 (relatively unchanged from January), while the average PSF sales price was $393 (1.3% above January).
