Condo listings in Surrey decreased to 523 in February, 10% above January but 28% lower vs February 2019. Condo sales were up 24% in February (to 170) month-over-month and year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 33%, reflect- ing seller’s market conditions in Surrey. February’s condo benchmark price of $436,700 was 1.6% above January and 1.3% higher vs February 2019. The average sold price was $397,716 at an average PSF sales price of $499 (relatively unchanged and down 3%, respectively, from January).
