The number of detached listings in Vancouver East in February, at 402, were 3% above January but 37% lower vs February 2019. The 86 detached sales were 59% higher month-over- month and year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 21% in February, reflecting seller’s market conditions for Vancouver East’s detached segment. February’s benchmark price was $1.41M, unchanged from January and relatively unchanged from February 2019. The average sold price of $1.52M was 4% below January but up 10% vs February 2019.
