Condo listings in Vancouver East increased 14% month-over-month (to 318) while February’s listings were down 12% year-over-year. Condo sales increased by 51% from January (to 118) and were up 46% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 37%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. February’s condo benchmark price was $579,800, 2% higher month-over-month and year-over-year. The average sold price was $679,587, an 11% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $879, 5% above last month.
