At 200, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West were 5% higher in February than in January but 3% below February 2019. Townhome sales, at 34, were up by 10 vs January and 13 above last February. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 17% in February as Vancouver West’s townhome market remained in balanced market territory. The benchmark price in February was $1.13M, 1.4% below last month but 0.6% higher than last year. The average sold price was $1.18M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $935 (down 23% and 1.9%, respectively, from last month).
