Condo listings in Vancouver West increased to 1,016 in February 2019, 5% above January but 28% lower than in February 2019. Month-over-month, condo sales increased by 24% in February (to 261), while year-over-year sales jumped by 40%. Increasing to 26%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in seller’s market territory. February’s condo benchmark price of $796,100 was 3% higher month-over-month and 1.5% above February 2019. The average sold price was $881,718 at an average PSF sales price of $1,058 (down 3% and up 1.1%, respectively, month-over-month).
