The number of detached listings in West Vancouver in February (at 396) were down 4% vs January and 22% below February 2019. The 45 detached sales in February were up by 24 month-over-month and 20 above this time last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 11% in February, as conditions continued to favour buyers in West Vancouver’s detached market. February’s benchmark price was $2.54M—0.9% below January and 3% below February 2019. The average sold price of $2.57M was 21% lower vs last month but 7% above last year.
