The number of condo listings in West Vancouver increased 10% between January and February, to 99, but was 12% lower vs February 2019. The 7 condo sales in February were 1 higher than last month but 4 below last year. The sales-to-listings ratio remained at 7% in February, as condos in West Vancouver were favour- able to buyers. The condo benchmark price was $1.01M in February, 1.7% above January but 5% lower year-over-year. The average sold price was $708,429 and the aver- age PSF sales price was $722 (down 47% and 28%, respectively, vs January).
