Lexica are seeking a market leader within Property Consultancy who will help their clients’ organisations transform their estates, using their knowledge to analyse and address complex issues, drive increased client value, mitigate risk, and improve organisational performance. You will be responsible for providing best-in-class property consultancy advice to clients primarily in respect of asset management,and strategic property reviews to maximise value within their portfolios. Using your knowledge of the market you’ll assist the Property Consultancy team to achieve their overall business plan, developing and establishing the Lexica property consultancy service outside of London, Southeast and East Anglia.
