If I told you that you can begin to repair and rebuild your credit and see credit score increases within 30 to 60 days, would you believe me? Well, it is certainly possible! My name is Gretchen Ricks, and several years ago I struggled with having bad credit. I had an $8000 judgment and collection account on my credit report which followed me. I was denied for credit every time I applied for something. I was embarrassed, annoyed and frustrated to say the least. I couldn’t just stand by and do nothing; I knew God had more in store for me. I studied my craft incessantly and began to work on my own credit. Once I unlocked the mystery surrounding credit, I watched my scores increase. I began to educate and help others and watched their credit glow up as well. Because I understood the power of credit, I later opened my own credit education and credit restoration business, known as “Glowing Results 4 You.” Having good credit is very important especially now during these uncertain times. Your credit score and your credit report are important when it comes to purchasing a home, starting utilities in your name, obtaining a cell phone, purchasing a car, car insurance and many employers are checking your credit for employment. Overcoming Bad Credit
Yahoo Finance indicates that 108 million American consumers have no credit or a low credit score. And according to consumer reports 34% of consumers reported finding at least one mistake in their credit reports. These errors and low scores got consumers denied for additional credit or lending opportunities and has cost consumers hundreds if not thousands of dollars in higher interest rates or large down payments. Making it tough for these people to get car loan, a personal loan, or even insurance. However, there is a way out of the credit web that keeps us feeling trapped. And here are a few GLOWING Tips to get you started with building your credit profile and on the glowing path to increasing your credit scores:

SETTING PROPER BOUNDARIES PASTORS RON & LADONNA ROBERTS
HOW TO COURT RESPONSIBLY Now you're courting, but you fear God and wouldn't want to hurt him by the sin of sexual immorality or anything else. This is where boundaries will help you. Boundaries help us attain any potential achievements no matter what we try to accomplish. In courting, you also need them. You need to know what to do and what not to do. The mistake you'll make is thinking everything will work itself out. As long as you've decided to have a godly relationship that should glorify God, the devil will come for you. The biggest temptation in a relationship between two unmarried people is sexual immorality. What is sexual immorality? It's any way in which a sexual act is conducted in the wrong way. So, for an unmarried couple, that means engaging in any romantic activities that should be mentioned only between married people. Examples of these can include wet kissing (if this is a strong trigger, eliminate it), romance, sexting, having sex, and every other invention that the world has come up with that shares intimacy between two people.
(continued on page 11)
Although sexual immorality does not only apply to unmarried people, this is what we mean in this context. So, how do you overcome or avoid these instances? You need to set boundaries. These are a few things you can do: STRIVE FOR PURE THOUGHTS Guard your mind, and constrain it to only think what is good and pure. Philippians 4:8. Every sin and equally every act that glorifies God indeed starts from the heart. The heart is the powerhouse of any person. It's out of the heart that either good or evil comes from. Jesus said in Matthew 15:19 ESV; " For out of the heart come evil thoughts, murder, adultery, sexual immorality, theft, false witness, slander." The sin of sexual immorality starts from the heart. This means if you can keep your heart pure and clear of these thoughts that eventually manifest in the flesh, then you can avoid them. Keep your heart pure and full of God's holiness, and you'll be fine. SET GODLY MEETING HOURS You must know what time of the day will be less likely for the devil to overcome you in temptation. Any time of the day is always a time for the devil to try to make us fall, but you'd agree with me that there are times that have a higher possibility. For example, meeting your date at late hours will get thoughts of sexual intimacy higher up than meeting at noon. If you meet at noon over lunch, you will mostly think about returning to other activities of the day, right? But, say, you meet over dinner, and it gets pretty late, there's a higher tendency to get tempted to spend the night at their or your home. If you're meeting him and his family over dinner, that's safe. You get the idea. Don't put yourself out there for the devil. Emotions are hard to control on a good day. Why let the devil have an advantage? Join us next month to continue the conversation... Purpose Partners Global Ministries is committed to helping you make your marriage work and be enjoyable. We are a community of Experienced and Supportive Christians sharing the challenges we have overcome. PROPHETIC CORNER
One thing I know for sure is that as long as you keep on living, you are going to experience offense. Offense is so dangerous because it makes you blind to the truth. It causes you to be non-productive and it keeps you arguing and in strife. If you’re not careful, offense
can destroy your marriage, your family, your ministry, and your business. This is simply a test that we have to pass. In actuality, offenses are working for your good. It’s sharpening something in you. The key is that you have to make a decision ahead of time that you have to be free from offense. It is not a case-by-case basis. You must choose to forgive beforehand. You must choose to be unoffended. Let’s talk about the characteristics of offense. People who are easily offended usually do not have a lot of friends; they isolate themselves. Their mind operates from deception. They hear and see things that are not true, however they believe what they hear and see to be factual evidence. They believe themselves over
anyone else. They surround themselves with those that agree with them. They feel safe in their own controlled environment where they can control everything and everyone. They would rather not face difficulties and cannot take correction; therefore they never grow. They escape from the test and never let God have His perfect work in them because they’re afraid to go through the painful process and allow God to heal them. (continued on next page) 12
PROPHETESS TARYN N. TARVER
(CONTINUED FROM PREVIOUS PAGE)
Two scriptures that I want us to focus on are Luke 17:1 and Romans 8:14. Luke 17:1 reads “Then said he [Jesus] unto the disciples, It is impossible but that offenses will come: but woe unto him, through whom they come!” Jesus is saying of course offense is going to come! The test is in how you handle the offense. Romans 8:14 reads “For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.” This scripture speaks about those that have the character of God; the mature Christians. Those who have elevated to respond like God and are now able to lead others. They are no longer led by their flesh, they no longer say and do things that are out of character. The sons of God live to please God, they are led by the Spirit, and they understand that if a situation arises, it’s because God allowed it and we must allow God to have His perfect work.
God is training you to reign. No king can be foolish. You have to make wise decisions, take wise counsel, and be able to follow wise instruction. This can make or break your relationships. Let your mindset be that everything is working for your good because you love God and you’re called according to His purpose. We must grow in our character. Choose to no longer be bound by offense. Put this into action and you will begin to live a life of freedom.

YOU TO REIGN"
BATTLE OF THE
15 the Mind
Battle of
T
he struggle against negative thinking is a battle for the mind. The Apostle Paul tells believers what to think about: things that
are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8). Besides defining what thoughts should fill our minds, this text implicitly teaches that we can control what we think about. When a negative thought which is a demonic thought, comes, the thinker who has the mind of Christ (1 Corinthians 2:16) has the ability to push it out of the mind and replace it with godly thoughts. This takes practice, but with persistence, it gets easier. Christians must think about what they’re thinking about and not allow their minds to have free rein. In our spiritual warfare, we’ve been given the helmet of salvation—spiritual armor for the mind. As long as Christians live in a fearful, stressful world, negative thoughts will come. We have the option of either stamping out those thoughts or nurturing them. The good news is, negative thoughts can be replaced with positive ones, and the more that godly substitution takes place, the more peace and joy we can experience. We need to stay awake and watch out for certain thoughts that may come into our minds that may be demonic. Most of the time we are not aware of the demonic thoughts because unless it's under serious thought like lust and killing etc, we don’t think it serious so we keep entertaining them. It is easy to entertain these thoughts because we are somehow casual about our lives. Everything we think about shall be brought before us in judgment. Meaning that we have the right to cause the change we desire.
Our day to day thoughts that are not in-line with the word of God are demonic thoughts. There are no two ways about it. Chronic negative thinking, depression, anxiety, and similar disorders are on the rise all over the world and these are demonically driven. Fear seems to be a root cause of many of these problems. It’s no wonder people are fearful in a world where it appears nothing is reliable. It can be quite disturbing for a person to think that everything in the world is out of their control. This is the lie the devil has made a reality on earth. The moment we align our thinking to his influence it means we are allowing the negative things to happen in our lives. The truth is what will make us free.
So what is the truth that sets us free?
Everyone in this world faces the battle of the mind differently. I believe no one is exempt from this challenge. What is a stronghold of the mind?
A stronghold is a lie that Satan has established in our thinking that we count as true but is actually a false belief. When we embrace these lies, they affect our attitudes, emotions, and behaviors. If a lie has been around for too long doesn’t mean it is a truth. To get back your mind you need to understand the message of faith and what it is exactly. The position of your understanding will grow the mind to have a strong rooting in what you believe. Beliefs set a standard for us that helps or contributes to our behaviors. The more faith you function with, the more you grow in the word. The moment the word is the source of your life it means you are in alignment with the word set over your life. We need to establish where we get faith, the faith that can change your life. Faith comes through hearing the Word – and not just any words but the infallible Word of God. We have to know the difference between the word of God and just mere words.
The moment you put your mind on the things of God as a child of God you regain control over it!
ANXIETY By LaChune Price, P.A.
What is Anxiety and Anxiety Disorders?
Anxiety is a normal reaction to stress and can be beneficial in some situations. It can alert us to dangers and help us prepare and pay attention. Anxiety disorders differ from normal feelings of nervousness or anxiousness and involve excessive fear or anxiety. According to the American Psychiatric Association, “anxiety disorders are the most common of mental disorders and affect nearly 30% of adults at some point in their lives.” Anxiety disorders are treatable, and several effective treatments are available as well as holistic approaches.
How Common Are Anxiety Disorders?
According to the American Psychiatric Association, “In any given year the estimated percent of U.S. adults with various anxiety disorders are: Specific Phobia: 8% - 12%, Social Anxiety Disorder: 7%, Panic Disorder: 2% - 3, Agoraphobia: 1-2.9% in Adolescents and Adults, Generalized Anxiety Disorder: 2%, Separation Anxiety Disorder: 0.9% - 1.9%.” Women are more likely than men to experience anxiety disorders. Anxiety disorders can cause people to try to avoid situations that trigger or worsen their symptoms. Job performance, schoolwork and personal relationships can be affected. In general, for a person to be diagnosed with an anxiety disorder, the fear or anxiety must: Be out of proportion to the situation or age- inappropriate and hinder ability to function normally.
Types of Anxiety Disorders
Generalized Anxiety Disorder (involves persistent and excessive worry that interferes with daily activities), panic disorder Panic Disorder (the core symptom of panic disorder is recurrent panic attacks, and overwhelming combination of physical and psychological distress which involves a combination of symptoms to occur), Phobias, Specific Phobia (a specific phobia is excessive and persistent fear of a specific object, situation or activity that is generally not harmful), Agoraphobia (is the fear of being in situations where escape may be difficult or embarrassing, or help might not be available in the event of panic symptoms. The fear is out of proportion to the actual situation and lasts generally six months or more and causes problems in functioning), Social Anxiety Disorder (previously called social phobia) (a person with social anxiety has significant anxiety and discomfort about being embarrassed, humiliated, rejected or looked down on in social interactions) and Separation Anxiety Disorder (a person with separation anxiety disorder is excessively fearful or anxious about separation from those with whom he or she is attached). (continued on next page)
TNT MERCH!
ANXIETY The first step is to see your doctor to make sure there is no physical problem causing the symptoms. If an anxiety disorder is diagnosed, a mental health professional can work with you on finding the best treatment. Unfortunately, many people with anxiety disorders don't seek help. They don't realize that they have an illness for which there are effective treatments. Diagnosis and Treatment (continued)
Although each anxiety disorder has unique characteristics, most respond well to two types of treatment: psychotherapy or "talk therapy," and medications. These treatments can be given alone or in combination. Cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), a type of talk therapy, can help a person learn a different way of thinking, reacting, and behaving to help feel less anxious. Medications will not cure anxiety disorders but can provide significant relief from symptoms. The most used
medications are anti-anxiety medications (generally prescribed only for a short period of time) and antidepressants.
Self-Help, Coping, and Managing
There are several things’ people can do to help cope with symptoms of anxiety disorders and make treatment more effective. Stress management techniques and meditation can be helpful. Support groups (in-person or online) can provide an opportunity to share experiences and coping strategies. Learning more about the specifics of a disorder and helping family and friends to understand the condition better can also be helpful. Avoid caffeine, which can worsen symptoms.

TO THE POST- PARTUM
It is no secret that bringing life into this world is one of the most challenging things a woman will do. From pregnancy all the way to postpartum, the mother is undergoing rapid changes, some that are overbearing and not explainable. Understandably, the body has just underwent a great deal of trauma; however, a mother can find peace in knowing that she was made for this moment and every challenge that may spring from it. Genesis 1:28 “Now be fruitful and multiply and repopulate the earth”. If He ordered it, then He has given you any and every tool to overcome, endure, and be successful in it. Yes, successful! That means every whisper from the enemy that goes against what God has said about the Proverbs 31 mother you are, is a lie! You are a great mother. Peace flows from you and through you. You are the soil in your home in which seeds are planted. In Jesus name! Say these things aloud to yourself. I have learned by experience that a second wind kicks in that I believe is only given to those who ask for it. Many of you are still flowing with your own abilities and that is why you have not seen the ability of God in your own life. You are using up all the air in your lungs without asking God to breathe into you, His air. His might. His strength! Whenever things are difficult, you must understand that that is an opportunity for God. When everything is going well, no one has a need for Him, and He loves more than anything to be needed. The world wants you to think it’s okay to stop when things get hard, but they never teach you how to push. There is a certain anointing that can only come over you by way of pressure. So, what exactly are you saying Prophetess Taryn Monique? I am so glad you asked. Let this difficult time of navigating the newness in motherhood produce a new oil and fire within you. Dive deeper into your prayer life, even if it feels like time is scarce. No, especially if time is scarce! God loves sacrifice.
He knows just how tired you are, but the desire to lean into him despite what you are going through is what triggers grace to be released. Get a new dream journal. Start your mornings off with the word of God and ask Him for the second wind that you need to push through the moments that seem unbearable. The long days and even longer nights. Let the oil that can only be produced from pressure saturate you! When the breath of God enters you, everything becomes beautiful, you begin to call the things that are not as though they were. negative connotations around postpartum because they do not have to be your reality. Walking with the Lord is a lifestyle because it means you will always be above and not beneath, you will never be last only first, therefore the world’s struggles are not your portion. Renounce depression and anxiety that you have claimed. Stop reading and listening to the negative stories belonging to other women. Filter what hits your spirit. Redefine your process and consider it the time when you knew you really could not be without Jesus and his second wind to help you prevail. Look at yourself in the mirror every morning and speak life. The best gift you can give yourself, your baby, your spouse and your home is a prayerful mother that can withstand any and every season that she goes through. With the help of God and the thoughts of a lioness, your postpartum journey will and can still be beautiful. Invest in you spiritually today mama. This season will fly by in the blink of an eye! I want you to be gentle with you. People are not always gentle with you but I want you to be gentle with yourself. If we will be honest, many of us are like the Civil Rights icon Fannie Lou Hamer who said, “I’m sick and tired of being sick and tired.” We are exhausted from our job, relationships, responsibilities, the struggle of feeling like everything is on our shoulders. We are grappling with the needs of our family, building a business, uncertainty in the world, and even raising children without spousal support. As a result we wear a mask. We know how to put on this face as if everything is fine and all together. When people ask how you’re doing, we say “It’s great, fantastic, couldn’t be better. No complaints and no need of complaining” when in actuality it’s the exact opposite. If you will be honest you just want to scream sometimes. You just want to be alone because oftentimes we are smiling while suffering in silence. We have wounds within that need to be healed. We get so caught up on doing but not being. You’re present in the meeting but your mind is somewhere else. You’re presently living but you’re living on autopilot just going through the motions because you’re not present with yourself. We have to analyze so we don’t internalize our issues. We have to realize that we are not a human doing, we are human beings with feelings, emotions, scars, wounds, trauma, and trials that we must look within to free ourselves from emotional incarceration and psychological pain. In the midst of exhaustion we need restoration and you can’t spell restoration without rest. If you’re going to be at your best. You have to take the time to rest.
What are your creative gifts and abilities? You need creativity to solve problems and brainstorm new ideas. Creative rest reawakens the child- like wonder within us. Allow yourself to take in the beauty of the outdoors. Explore art (in person or online), go for a walk, take a trip, check out a scenic view, sit by the water, etc. Tap into your childlike joy. Pablo Picasso affirmed “Every one of us is born an artist. The challenge is to remain an artist once we’ve grown up.”
Make sure that you’re getting at least 7 to 8 hours of sleep per night. Sleep is for your body and mind to rejuvenate and restore your energy.
Emotional rest also requires the courage to be vulnerable and authentic. We must realize that it’s okay to not be okay. Take the time to talk to a mentor, counselor, or therapist.
Your mental health is your wealth. What do you do to refresh and relax your mind? Take the time to mind your mind. Be metacognitive and think about what you’re thinking about. Practice meditation and visualization.
Do your relationships drain you or sustain you? We must differentiate between those relationships that revive us from those relationships that exhaust us. You can’t pour from an empty cup. Don’t allow the fear of missing out to cause you to overextend yourself. Learn how to find balance between isolation and connection.
The bright lights, phones, and computer screens can cause our senses to feel overwhelmed. On average we touch our phones 2,000 times a day. The average adult spends 11 hours on their phone per day. We connect to our world through our senses but we must take time to unplug and disconnect to reduce emotional fatigue.
Make a decision to stop holding on to what you were never supposed to carry. Begin to cast your cares on God because He cares for you (I Peter 5:7). Revive yourself through prayer, meditating on God’s word, and surrounding yourself with a community of supporters. Maintain an attitude of gratitude. Count your blessings not your problems.
Jesus gave us power when He went to the Father and said we would do greater things than He did; John 14:12. And what did Jesus do? He healed the sick, raised the dead, removed demons from people, taught people the word of God, did miracles that seemed impossible and gave people strength. And this same power lives in you!!!! You are a firework! POWER Minister Deja Slaughter
You have power in your words when you speak. Proverbs 18:21 When you say God’s word out loud and remind Him what he said, the angels release blessings Isaiah 43:26 Be careful what you say and speak good things! You have power over the enemy When the devil gives you bad dreams or makes you think bad thoughts tell him to leave!!!! 2 Corinthians 10:4-5. God gave you power over all the power of the enemy and nothing shall harm you Luke 10:19
God gave you power to heal and do miracles. God will lead you to lay hands on people to make blind people see or sick people feel better or people who can't walk to walk again. Acts 5:12-16
God gave you the power to be strong! When you feel like giving up or things are too hard to deal with, God will strengthen you to get back up and keep going! Colossians 1:11

6 Steps to Spiritual Fruitfulness
CONFESS ANY SIN IN YOUR LIFE
CRITICALLY AND HONESTLY EXAMINE YOUR LIFE
2
1
We need to identify the worldly weeds in our lives that are choking our fruitfulness. We must not let the cares of this world or the deceitfulness of riches choke us spiritually, causing us to forget our Savior’s Word and quench God’s Spirit who dwells within us. We must identify the distractions in our life that interfere with our spiritual growth and service. We must remember that we are servants, eliminating anything that would keep us from serving God will all of our heart and soul We need to take diligent heed to love the LORD our God, walk in all His ways, cleave to Him, and serve Him with all our hearts and souls (Joshua 22:5). 3 REPENT OF ANY ROUTINE OR HABITUAL SINS IN YOUR LIFE, AND REMOVE THEM Confession of sin should naturally lead to genuine repentance from sin. When will agree that our words and ways are sinful and grieve our loving Father, it should break our hearts and make us want to change. We should want to turn from our sin and abandon anything that poisons our relationship with our creator and redeemer.
Confession is just admitting the sinful truth about ourselves to the omniscient God who already knows. But confession begins in the heart. It begins with God’s Word and Spirit revealing your sin to you, and being humble enough to agree with God.
“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness” (1 John 1:9).
DITCH THE DOUBTFUL
4
Ultimately it is better to sacrifice things that might be permissible than to do something you think may be wrong. Unless you are fully convinced that something is acceptable, it is wrong for you to do. As the old saying goes, “If it is doubtful, it is dirty.” If you want to do something, but have doubts about it, then study it out. Study God’s Word, pray about it, and seek godly counsel. But do not do it unless you are fully convinced that it is acceptable.
If you identify any weeds or distractions in your life that hinder your service for God or your relationship with Him, then you need to remove them.
The faith which you have, have as your own conviction before God.
FILTER YOUR FRIENDS
DIMINISH DISTRACTIONS
6
5
Identify any areas in your life where you often invest excessive time, energy, or attention. These things may not be bad or sinful in of themselves, but they can become idols if you love them more than God. Even good things can be bad if they keep you from doing what is best. Hobbies, sports, and entertainment often fall into this category. They may be good in moderation but can be overdone. Even family, friends, and work can interfere with your fruitfulness. You do not have to cut these things out of your life entirely, but you may need to trim some of them back.
You become like those you spend time with. Are your friends helping you grow spiritually or hindering you?
What are your friends like? Do they love God or the world? Do they talk about spiritual things or the things of the world? Do they want to please God or their peers? Are they seeking spiritual fruit or worldly pleasure?
Christians who really want to please and glorify God should be grateful to have harmful influences removed from their lives (John 15:8). At times, even good things may need to be removed to make room for better and best. This process, of course, should be conducted in harmony with the Spirit of God. You should pray for guidance as you search God’s Word, seeking His will. Mission n PASTOR MATTHEW The mission of Lifeline TNT Ministries is to passionately save and deliver souls for God’s glory. LifelineTNT isn’t just a ministry, we are truly a family that is filled with love, power, favor, and transformation.

Mental Health is a Hot topic. Well -at least it should be. As we move forward as a nation recovering from a worldwide pandemic, one thing is for sure, keeping up with your Mental Health is essential. Kristal Clark (Kristal Klear), CEO/Founder of the Rock Paper Scissors Foundation (RPS), decided not to sit on the bench during this conversation. She has made it a point to take the lead using her voice and platform with her nonprofit and Trauma Coaching. What is Rock Paper Scissors Foundation? Glad you asked. ROCK! No matter what you throw at me. PAPER! No matter how you try to crumble me. SCISSORS! No matter how you try to cut me down." I AM AN OVERCOMER! We give a voice to those silenced by any form of sexual, emotional, or physical abuse, human trafficking awareness, and prevention.
Kristal Klear is personally familiar with the pain, trauma, mental battles, and healing associated with being a survivor of abuse. She has dedicated her life to helping others break their silence and walk the often-rocky road to healing and recovery. She is an expert in handling cases of human trafficking, trauma care, sexual abuse, child abuse, and mental health issues. As an expression of her deep desire to help the victims, whom she often refers to as "overcomers," she created "Healing Beyond Sexual Misconduct." This curriculum focuses on the appropriate way to handle sexual misconduct from a leadership position. It covers taking on the media, do's & don'ts of advocacy, empathy, compassion fatigue, confidentiality, and more. The training brings leaders the verbiage and courage to face this issue head-on. What separates Rock Paper Scissors Foundation from other groups is its organic sense of providing community awareness, making a global impact, and unifying all walks of life. At the same time, the organization's mission involves women, men, girls, and boys. They tend to connect primarily with women who have overcome all forms of abuse, human trafficking, and domestic violence. Another thing separating Rock Paper Scissors Foundation and Kristal Klear is Kristal's prophetic voice. It plays a significant role in changing the course of life for anyone who experiences her transparently speaking, but especially her coaching clients. Kristal and her team motivate others using one of her favorite slogans, "We can't do anything about the past, but we sure can do something about the future." The thought of the future keeps Kristal and Rock Paper Scissors Foundation on the move. They are determined to make a more significant impact nationally and internationally through programming, current affairs, community activism, resources, education, and conferences. They are focused not only on impacting the community but also on the government level. Recently Kristal Klear fought for a bill to be passed regarding human trafficking. While this bill is for all trafficking victims and survivors, "it is more specifically for our brown girls left behind in the conversation of trafficking and missing persons. Our goal is to make them feel seen and heard by offering them the protection, attention, and the voice they need. @Rockpaperscissorsfoundation Kristal Klear Kristalklear.org
