Similarly, Coco Chanel (1883–1971) left an indelible mark on the fashion world by founding the iconic Chanel brand, which remains one of the most influential luxury fashion houses globally. Chanel revolutionized women's fashion with her bold, modernist designs that freed women from the restrictive styles of the 19th century. Then came Estée Lauder (1906–2004), who co-founded the Estée Lauder Companies, now a global leader in skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care. Her vision of high-quality products paired with a deeply personal customer experience helped her build a beauty empire that set new industry standards.

Today, powerful women such as Oprah Winfrey, Martha Stewart, Sheryl Sandberg, Indra Nooyi, Melinda Gates, Angela Ahrendts, Arianna Huffington, Helena Morrissey, Cher Wang, Anne Mulcahy, Sara Blakely, and Mary Barra continue to redefine leadership. Their influence extends far beyond boardrooms—they shape the way women think, lead, and live, touching every detail of life, from the smallest nuances to the grandest ambitions. As an aspiring entrepreneur, I see these women as luminous beacons in a business world still largely dominated by men. Their strength, resilience, and brilliance inspire me to dream boldly and lead with purpose. These women influence women in shaping their thinking, business practices and also their life in its entire magnitude from the minutest to enlarge details. These women beacons of light shining strong and effervescent through the galaxy of predominantly men as business leaders, influence aspiring women entrepreneurs.
