Today, I lead a vibrant life that gives me joy and purpose. I develop innovations and mentor women who, just like me, got disconnected from their power or haven’t yet connected to it, welcome their next identity, and create a life that fits who they are now, personal-to-business. Please don’t wait until you are in a dead-end to choose you! Here is what I know now and live by today. I hope this resonates and inspires you to start your own Journey. Now. 1. Each of us is born unique. Embrace it. We come with a unique Life code, our DNA. We all know that, yet most of us are missing the significance of it. (I know I did). We are unique by nature, and it is by design. Each of us owns the key to a unique design, and it’s our job to express it. It’s Nature’s deal with each of us. When we are lucky enough to have that realization, we stop living by someone else’s design, rules, or playbook. We stop conforming, trying to fit in, we stop hiding. Denying ourselves our own expression is as absurd as insisting on putting someone else’s PIN code in at the ATM of life, and hoping it’ll give us the things we want. We have to use our own PIN! When we finally get it, we stop heading into the inevitable burnout that comes from 1. Forcing ourselves to be what others expect of us, and deriving our sense of worth from that validation. 2. Ignoring our most natural needs to be ourselves, and believing this is the natural order of things. There is another way, which is to: 1. Discover who we really are, that we often tried to ignore for so long, and 2. Contribute through our unique set of gifts, talents, beliefs, experience, both in life and business. When we do use our own code, we do feel more alive and vibrant. Life starts making sense again, looking forward and backward, as we align with our authentic design. Imagine a world where each of us puts more effort into becoming the greatest expression of who we are designed to be, rather than competing against each other.
