community leadership… far too many accomplished women carry a private ache. They feel like frauds, even when praised. They downplay their brilliance. They overcompensate with perfectionism. They push, strive, and still wonder if it’ll ever feel like “enough.” And no one’s talking about how exhausting it is. Instead, we’re handed coping mechanisms wrapped in glitter: “Just be grateful,” “Fake it till you make it,” or “Choose a new thought.” These might offer a sense of relief, but they’re like trimming weeds at the surface while leaving the roots untouched. It looks better for a while… until the same beliefs grow back, just as strong as before. Over the years, countless clients have come to me after trying coaching or therapy for two to three months, walking away frustrated that the change was minimal. They tried to cope, but nothing stuck. The relief was temporary. The belief remained. What they didn’t know – and in fairness, couldn’t have known – is this: You don’t have to keep managing a limiting belief. You can eliminate it. Permanently. From Band-Aids to Breakthroughs Ever since I started my private practice over 25 years ago, I’ve been on a mission to create methods that are both radically effective and produce lasting change. Because time and again, I heard clients say to me during their first session: “So many coaches and therapists gave me band-aids and coping mechanisms that made me feel a little better for a while… but then it wore off, and I was still stuck with the very thing I hired them to help me with.” They were relieved to hear that most of the time, it took just three sessions to completely eliminate a limiting belief. They’d come in carrying the weight of “I’m not good enough” – or one of its close cousins: “I’m not capable enough.” “I’m not successful enough.” “I’m not worthy of the love I want.” And they’d leave free. But I wasn’t satisfied stopping there. Most of my clients are busy professionals, business owners, and leaders – and I kept asking myself, how can I help even more people, in even less time? So, I went back to the drawing board. I reviewed two decades of client work and identified the most persistent limiting belief patterns. And then I challenged myself to design a method that would do in one session what used to take three. It sounded impossible. It sounded crazy. But I went for it.
