I created what would become the foundation of my leadership philosophy—The Power Pause Framework. It is a structured yet soulful invitation to step away from performance mode, reconnect with your values, and design your next chapter from a place of alignment. The steps within the Power Pause are what I call *Rest to Rise*—a gentle but transformative rhythm for reclaiming energy, clarity, and confidence.

A New Definition of Leadership
Through this pause, I redefined what leadership means. It’s not just about outcomes. It’s about integrity—with your time, your values, and your well-being. Leadership, to me, is not a title, it is an everyday choice. It is how we show up in moments both visible and invisible, how we honor our energy and model boundaries, and how we lead ourselves before leading others. That belief has been shaped by a global and multicultural lens. I grew up across continents and built my career in complex, high-stakes environments—spanning retail giants and global supply chain operations. From corporate boardrooms to international logistics hubs, I have led diverse teams through moments of disruption, innovation, and transformation. Yet the most profound leadership pivot I ever made did not happen on a stage or inside a meeting. It happened in the stillness—when I chose to pause, listen, and rebuild from within.
From Executive to Coach: Turning Pain into Purpose What began as personal restoration evolved into professional reinvention. I became a National Board- Certified Health and Wellness Coach and now guide other high-capacity leaders—especially women—through sabbaticals, transitions, and energy resets. In addition to private coaching, I serve as a career coach at a leading executive MBA program and speak regularly to corporate teams, women's groups, and leadership cohorts across industries.
In that silence, I heard my intuition again. I returned to practices like yoga, functional nutrition, and deep rest. I joined communities of
