U Series Gas Ranges Garland
• Medium duty ranges with a choice of different top arrangements and one or two ovens—designed to accommodate a variety of needs • Front, sides, detachable high shelf and riser, 6" adjustable legs are all stainless steel; fits standard sheet pans front to back and left to right • Cast iron open burners are 32,000 BTU with 1-piece lift top grate includes aluminized drip pan • Each oven is 38,000 BTU with a snap action thermostat from 150° F to 500° F includes one oven rack with three positions and heavy duty “keep cool” door handles—full size sheet pans load in either direction • Griddle is a 5/8 " thick steel plate with manual controls 24,000 BTU burners—1 every 12" • One-year parts and labor warranty; specify natural or LP gas when ordering
