De Rockland, Ont., est décédé le jeudi 9 janvier 2014, à l’âge de 74 ans. Il était l’époux de feu Yollande Lauzon et en 2e noces de Francine Desautels, le fils de feu Romuald Charette et de feu Alice Crête. Il laisse dans le deuil ses enfants: Robert (Michèle Dicaire), Lyne, Roger (Chantale Bourgeau) et Julie (Joel Paillé), ses 10 petits-enfants : Stéfany (Yves Douville), Pascale, Pierre-Yves, Bryanne, Janie, Camille, Geneviève, Noah, Jacob, Isaac et un arrière-petit-fils: William. Il laisse également ses frères et sœurs: Lucille (Germain Lavictoire), Gérard (Jocelyne), Jacques (Lorraine), Louise (Alain Potvin), Nicole (Denis Lalonde) ainsi que plusieurs beaux-frères, belles-soeurs, neveux et nièces. Il fut prédécédé par un frère Pierre-Yves. Les funérailles ont été célébrées le mardi 14 janvier 2014 à 11h, à l’église Très-Sainte-Trinité, 2178 rue Laurier St., , Rockland, Ont.
