Louis has led several different organizations during his career in manufacturing and distribution industries, most recently at an electrical distribution company experiencing a similar journey to what W.S. Connelly is going through today - rapid growth and many new partnerships. Louis brings an employee-focused leadership style while striving for excellent customer service and driving solid business results. He is based out of the Midlothian location and travels to other locations, our partner facilities, suppliers and customers as he transitions to his new role. Patrick Connelly and Louis are working to transfer day-to-day responsibilities in the coming weeks. Louis enjoys outdoor activities and working on projects around the house. He lives near Chicago with his wife, two children, and an insane dog. Let’s welcome Louis to WSC!

Ea r l y O r de r Sea s on Kick s Off Wi t h a Bang
The first week of September, our sales and leadership teams gathered in Greenville, SC, at the Embassy Suites Riverplace Downtown to officially kick off Early Order Season. More than 75 members of our sales team and executive leadership came together with over 20 of our valued supply partners, including Syngenta, NuFarm, Corteva, BASF, Envu, and PBI Gordon. The event opened with a rooftop reception overlooking the Reedy River and downtown Greenville, but once the meetings began, the focus was clear—setting the stage for another successful EOP season. Patrick and Kevin Connelly energized the crowd as we dug into two full days of strategy, training, and collaboration. The meetings wrapped with a celebratory dinner at Sassafras Southern Bistro, where great food and conversation capped off an inspiring week. With momentum building, everyone left Greenville excited and ready for what this EOP season holds. Check out a video of the event here: VIDEO

Effective January 1, 2026, we will be transitioning to a new Payroll and HR system. To better support our future, we will be partnering with Dominion Payroll Services. W.S. Connelly will also be transitioning our 401(k) plan services from Nationwide Financial to Principal Financial Group. This change is being made to better serve your retirement planning needs and provide enhanced tools and support. We will be sharing more details, including training resources and key transition dates, in the coming weeks to ensure a smooth and seamless changeover.
