Team, One of the greatest joys of being a part of W.S. Connelly is knowing that what we’re building together is more than a business. It's a family. Over the last year, our growth has been incredible, and with it comes the reminder that success is not just measured in numbers, but in the strength of our culture and the connections we share. As we move forward, I want us to return to some of the basics that have always defined us: spending time together, learning from one another, and celebrating what makes our team special. That’s why we’re continuing to invest in initiatives designed to bring us closer. In 2026, look for several initiatives, some new and some old. Our company podcast, which will give us a platform to share stories and ideas across the organization. I want us to focus on getting together more as a team, creating time for us to connect outside of work and deepen relationships. Internal education, such as cross- training, ensures we grow stronger by understanding each other’s roles and developing new skills. These aren’t just programs; they’re opportunities to reinforce the values that make W.S. Connelly unique. At the heart of everything we do is people: your hard work, your commitment, and your care for one another. I want to thank each of you for the passion you bring every day. It’s your effort that makes our growth possible, and it’s our unity that makes this company feel like family. Environmental Construction Solutions (ECS) is having a strong 2025, with growth coming from both legacy reps and branches as well as new WSC partners. Wherever dirt is being moved, ECS is there with the right materials. ECS remains well known for industry education, with monthly webinars drawing 50–100 attendees. This summer, ECS and CVS sponsored the International Erosion Control Association Mid-Atlantic Field Day in Maryland, where ECS Director Joe Belmonte presented on jobsite challenges, and CVS showcased new hydroseeding technology and a custom wildflower mix. The utility-scale solar boom continues nationwide, and ECS reps are supporting projects with specialty products and seed mixes from Florida to Kansas to New York. Starting in October, ECS will host a monthly WSC Construction Products Teams Meeting with industry updates and product training. Sessions will be recorded and stored in SharePoint for easy access by sales reps, branch managers, counter staff, and new hires.
