What has been your favorite experience while being in the MS-AT program? My favorite part of the MS-AT program has been helping the athletes with their injury and helping them get back to playing their sport that they love. What advice would you give someone that’s looking to join our MS-AT program? Always be willing to ask questions. You don’t need to feel afraid of asking questions. We will never know everything as ATs, and we are always looking for ways to make our arsenal bigger and better.

Where do you want to work in the future? I would like to work with an NFL team or in the college setting.
What one interesting fact you’ve learned while in class? Every athlete is different and functions differently. When making rehabs for athletes, you could have two athletes with the same injury but might not be able to perform the same exercises. It is important to also understand sport specific movements of the athlete and make part of that rehab more towards the athlete’s respective sport.
