What has been your favorite experience while being in the MS-AT program? Being able to move to Colorado Springs and do a clinical with the United States Air Force Academy and work with men’s and women’s basketball. What advice would you give someone that’s looking to join our MS-AT program? Be open to new experiences and opportunities. If you have the chance to go to a different state for a clinical, do it! You are only in graduate school once. Ask lots of questions and be involved in everything you can while in clinicals! The clinical experience is what you make of it. Learn as much as you can and take on every experience you can!
Where do you want to work in the future? The goal is to eventually work within a military setting, but as a new graduate I want to be at a bigger high school or a D3 college.
What one interesting fact you’ve learned while in class? Athletic trainers can work in a variety of settings!
