What has been your favorite experience while being in the MS-AT program? My favorite experience since being in the MS- AT program has been meeting new people, experiencing new places, and forming close connections with the athletes I’ve been working with. What advice would you give someone that’s looking to join our MS-AT program? One piece of advice I would give someone who is looking to join the MS-AT program is to be open to new experiences and uncomfortable situations.
Where do you want to work in the future? In the future, I would like to work with a D3 college, preferably with either football or basketball (or both). If it came down to it, I wouldn’t mind working at the high school level if it was in the right area. Since spending time in Florida for my clinicals, I have grown to love this area and plan to apply for jobs here in the near future. What one interesting fact you’ve learned while in class? One interesting fact that I’ve learned while in class has been what the mortise of the ankle joint is. The mortise is the articulation between the distal tibia and fibula and allows the articular surfaces to glide on each other.
