Why I want to be an athletic trainer: Becoming an athletic trainer appeals to me because of my passion for sports and my ability to relate to athletes. My goal is to provide comprehensive support to athletes, addressing both their physical and mental well-being, whether they’re on or off the field. Why I chose UW-Stevens Point: I chose UWSP because I feel comfortable enough here to learn at my own pace with amazing professors and beautiful nature. I was also on the track and field team during my undergraduate and have the opportunity to continue my athletic career here if I choose to do so. What setting would you like to work in? Military/tactical or visual performing arts. Fun fact: I can recite over 60 numbers of pi from memory.
