Primary Use - Pain & Anxiety: BURNS AND CUTS: Apply 2-3 drops undiluted on affect area multiple times throughout the day as needed. STRESS: Apply 1 drop to Q-Tip and swap infected area of skin. IMPROVES SLEEP: Add to a difuser and difuser 30 mintues prior to retiring to bed. Allow to difuse throughout the night. HEADACHE: Add 2 drops of Aeroma lavender with 2 drops of Aeroma peppermint. Apply to the back of the neck, temples, and the lateral side of the forehead. Add to a difuser and difuse throughout the day.
