We are now the largest business event in the South West of England and are committed to delievering an excellent 2017 and 2018 for our Exhibitors. Our second Showcase this year is on 11th October . Bookings are now being taken for May and October 2018 too. * All 226 stands* for May 2017 were taken. We also believe we are the benchmark B2B regional business exhibition . We are also taking bookings for May and October 2018 on the current **Early Bird** deal prices and two-show offers . Please contact us should you decide to exhibit. Later you will be invited to view an exhibitor pack which will include your booking form and applications for further promotional opportunities such as seminars, workshops, adverts etc. 1m x 2m stands for the 2 x 2018 events (aimed primarily at mirco/start-ups). Currently on Early Bird Offer. Please note there will be a charge for exhibitors wishing to order furniture for this event. There are no charges for electrictity or Wi-Fi.




Exhibiting - What’s Included

Remember, whatever you chose to do in your stand space, the end goal should encourage high quality interaction with delegates.

Each stand space comes with electricity (at least 1 Plug Socket) and there will be FREE Wi-Fi throughout the Stadium. T here is an option to hire furniture in our booking form. The back of your stand should not be visible as it will be either against a wall or back-to-back with another exhibition stand. Your stand should be free-standing as fixing to the walls is prohibited. You do need to have £5 million public liability insurance or we can arrange this for you for a nominal charge plus admin fee. 3m x 2m – Single Stand i.e. 3m (for delegates to walk past) x 2m (to stand within) 6m x 2m – Double Stand i.e. 6m (for delegates to walk past) x 2m (to stand within) This is your unique exhibition space. You may choose to implement exciting and wonderful methods to engage delegates with your business and stand out from the crowd. If you are stuck for ideas then just drop us an email and we’ll put our thinking caps on to make some helpful suggestions.

*Please note: the ‘pop up’ stand is for illustrative purposes. and is NOT included in your stand space. The furniture is optional .




1-Hour Workshop *UPDATE - LAST SPOT AVAILABLE - Workshops take place on our main stage, which can seat plenty of delegates. This is a huge opportunity to put your business centre stage and in the spotlight! All technology and presentation support is provided and included in the Workshop price. google and TEDx delivered world-class Workshops at our May 2017 event. We will be using ‘Silent Disco’ headphones for October’s Keynotes and Workshops for added clarity. You will have plenty of time to deliver in-depth content to our delegates, excite and engage potential new clients and generate massive exposure for your business. Workshops will be heavily promoted before and at the event. They will be free for delegates to attend but ticketed to encourage attendance. Workshops are by application only as we want to create an event which offers an even spread of subject matter and engages a varied audience. Deliver 20-Minute Seminar

SOLD OUT FOR OCT 2017. Seminars take place inside our Seminar Zone which can seat up to 45. The best seminars are those which excite and engage an audience with your business but also leaves plenty left unsaid. This encourages delegates to make a follow-up visit to your exhibition stand. Seminars will be heavily promoted before and at the event. They will be free for delegates to attend but ticketed to encourage attendance. Included in this price is your seminar zone manager, technology support/AV Engineer, use of broadcast standard screen, ‘silent disco’ headphone technology, microphones and presentation laptop & pointer. Seminars are by application only as we want to create a Showcase which offers an even spread of subject matter and engages a varied audience. This brochure is seen as the ‘go-to’ resource for delegates at the event. It’s a great way to gain extra exposure. For 2017, a very limited number of adverts will appear in our printed (and to 000s of our subscribers online ) brochure which is given out to every delegate who attends the Showcase on 11th Oct and sent via email. Brochures are given out at registration on arrival as well as at our key Shuttle Bus Stops.

Past events have welcomed some of the best speakers in the world: from Baroness Brady CBE, to the World’s Fastest Man, Andy Green, Levi Roots, to the 2014 and 2015 The Apprentice Winners: Joseph Valente and Mark Wright. You will benefit by association as the Keynote will be heavily promoted as ‘Hosted By…’. There will be photo opportunities and you will be able to brand-up the bespoke Theatre at the time of the Keynote Speech. Furthermore we will give your CEO or chosen spokesperson the option of introducing one or two of our speakers to the stage.
