Anthony Gatto, Esq. will address: Team agreements; advertising; commissions; personal assistants; Team names; and more. Earn 1.5 hours of free CE credit. Multiple Listing Issues & Policies Committee Melanie Wyne, senior policy representative for NAR, will speak about her participation in the June 2018 FTC/ DOJ Workshop about competition in the residential real estate brokerage area and provide an update on what has occured since the workshop. Carl Carter, Jr., is a REALTOR ® and the Founder of the Beverly Carter Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving agent safety. His mom, REALTOR ® Beverly Carter, lost her life at the hands of two clients in 2014. NYSAR strives to assist our members in making homeownership a tangible opportunity for the community. In our efforts to help those achieve the American dream

of homeownership, we are partnering with the Syracuse Chapter of Habitat for Humanity. NYSAR will be holding a Habitat for Humanity “Home in a Box” Build on October 1-2, 2018 during NYSAR’s Fall Business Meetings at Turning Stone.
