Discover how math comes to life in the animal kingdom during this after-hours adventure at the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium! Through a guided night hike and hands-on activities, Girl Scouts will explore the patterns, shapes, and connections found in nature while earning their Math in Nature: Shapes in Nature Badge. Along the way, they’ll build the real-world confidence to think like scientists, ask big questions, and see the world through a new lens. What if a cardboard box could become anything you imagine? In this playful creative drama workshop with The Coterie, Girl Scouts will use storytelling, movement, and imagination to transform everyday objects into an extraordinary “Cardboard City” of their own design. As they create, collaborate, and bring their ideas to life, they’ll discover that imagination is one of the most powerful tools they have—and take home a special fun patch to remember the adventure. Location: Coterie Theatre, Crown Center 2450 Grand Blvd, Suite 144, Kansas City, MO, 64108-2520 (School Classroom) Cost: $15 (includes patch) - All tickets will have a $1.00 Facility Fee added. Payments made by credit card will also incur a $2.00 Service Fee.

Kick off the School’s Out series with a day full of Girl Scout fun! Through hands-on crafts, STEM activities, outdoor play, and Girl Scout traditions, girls will make new friends, celebrate sisterhood, and start planning an exciting year of adventures. Along the way, they’ll build the real-world confidence to explore their interests, strengthen their leadership skills, and make the most of every Girl Scout experience. Location: Johnson County Library - Blue Valley Branch; 9000 W 151st St Overland Park, KS 66221 Cost: $65 for a full day (9:00am-3:00pm) or $45 for a half day (9:00am-1:00pm) - accepts cookie dough.

Girl Scouts and their families will follow an enchanting trail filled with costumed characters, live animals, interactive activities, and delightful surprises that spark imagination at every turn. Along the way, girls will build the real-world confidence to explore, imagine, and discover the wonder of the outdoors. Location: Ernie Miller Park & Nature Center (909 N Highway 7 Olathe, KS 66061) Cost: $10 Johnson County, KS residents / $11 for nonresidents - per person. $12 per person on-site day of event
