New Emeralds, Jonathan (Jono) and Kirsty Rowe believe the key to building a strong and sustainable Amway business is to have the right culture and leadership in place, especially when new IBOs come into their team. “Culture and leadership are communicated often when sponsoring new IBOs. By communicating a clear vision on a regular basis and a healthy expectation of a high- performance culture, we’ve focused on developing leaders and providing opportunities for others to take full ownership and responsibility for their businesses,” said Jono. The focus on helping others grow is a unique feature of the Amway business and one that’s in alignment with the Rowes’ own values.
