MERCHANT SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS
Restaurants: Restaurants often obtain authorization for an amount greater than the total bill (typically 20%) to ensure that card balance is available to cover a gratuity.This common practice could result in a decline, even if the card balance is sufficient to cover the initial purchase. Some restaurants may allow you to pay for your meal with the card and pay the gratuity in cash – or use an additional form of payment.You must consult with the restaurant regarding payment options, such as supplemental payment. Cruise Lines: The card cannot be used with reservations made through a travel agency, travel agent or any other travel intermediary.The card can be used for rates or promotions that are publicly advertised or available to the general public. Corporate, group, negotiated or travel industry discounted rates are not applicable. Make reservations directly at each participating merchant with the telephone number provided. All tickets/ documents must be mailed directly to your address. If you do not have enough funds on the card to pay for your package, you may supplement with a personal credit card. Most credit cards are accepted. The card can be used for prepayment of cruise package only. Ship-board credit, purchases while on board the ship and excursions, do not apply. BASS PRO SHOPS® The Card cannot be used to purchase firearms and boats. However, the Card can be used to purchase a Bass Pro Shops® Gift Certificate for use at these affiliates. Certificates carry a two (2) year expiration date and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. To order a Bass Pro Shops Certificate call 800-951-1000. BROOKS BROTHERS The card cannot be used for purchases at the Brooks Brothers airport locations. THE CHILDREN’S PLACE The Card cannot be used to purchase ecards online. CVS PHARMACY® The card can only be used for in store purchases. The card cannot be used for online purchases or to purchase gift cards. GAP/GAPKIDS/BABYGAP The Card cannot be used to purchase ecards online. HOMEGOODS® The Card cannot be used to purchase gift cards online. MACY’S The card cannot be used at Stride Rite locations within Macy’s Department Stores. MARSHALLS® The Card cannot be used to purchase gift cards online . McCORMICK & SCHMICK’S The card cannot be used to purchase gift cards online or phone; nor can the card be used for banquet or ca- tering charges. NEIMAN MARCUS® The card cannot be used toward the purchase of gift cards. OUTBACK STEAKHOUSE® The card cannot be used online to purchase gift cards. The Card is only redeemable at restaurant locations. PANERA BREAD® The Card cannot be used for the monthly unlimited coffee subscription. POTTERY BARN® The card cannot be used toward the purchase of gift cards. QUALITY REWARD TRAVEL You may use the card for airline tickets on any ARC approved major carrier to any destination world- wide or for travel arrangements not listed in this directory by calling the 800 number on the back of the card Monday – Friday, 7 am-7 pm (CT) and Saturday 8 am-4:30 pm (CT). When making airline reservations, a $35 fee per ticket fee will apply (fees always subject to change). When making reservations beyond airline reservations only (hotel, car, cruise, etc.) there is a $25 non-refundable consultation fee. If reservations are booked, the $25 is applied towards the trip cost, and a non- refundable service fee of 15% is applied to the total trip cost. Once the call is completed, cancellation/change fees will apply. All fees are non-refundable. REGAL CINEMAS Cards may be used only at theatres, and are not valid for web purchases.
ROYAL CARIBBEAN INTERNATIONAL® Reservations must be made by calling the toll-free number directly. SANDALS The card may only be used for prepaid packages and cannot be used directly on property. STAPLES® The card cannot be used for corporate contract purchasing. T.J. MAXX® The Card cannot be used to purchase gift cards online. UNDER ARMOUR® When ordering online your balance must be sufficient to cover the total amount plus a $1 pre authorization amount. WILLIAMSSONOMA® The card cannot be used toward the purchase of gift cards.
Using The Card The Card can be used to order online at selected merchants, where online purchasing is noted in the card collateral as a shopping option. Some establishments may have formed business alliances with other companies, which may be advertised on an authorized merchant’s Web site, catalog or through signage in their establishment. The card may only be used at establishments listed in the card collateral materials, including, Web sites, current magazines and promotional materials. The card may not be used at an establishment’s alliance and in all likelihood will decline. Merchants are subject to change. Terms and Conditions apply.
