Labs are presented in a hands-on, interactive style. Space is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis. Advanced registration is required. Ticketed offerings require a minimum number of registrants. If the number of registrants is less than the minimum, the session will be cancelled in August and participants will be notified in advance. If a ticketed session is cancelled for this reason, SWVS will provide a full refund. Check the website and on-site guide for the final scheduling, as presentation times and days occasionally change due to unavoidable circumstances.
