ON CAMPUS When you arrive on campus, go to the Housing

NEW INTERNATIONAL STUDENT ORIENTATION Begin your journey even before you arrive by completing the International Student Orientation module on ERNIE in Student Lingo. This will set the stage for your in-person Orientation experience. Once here, you’ll be greeted by the CIPS and our dedicated international student ambassadors. Together, we’ll embark on a series of activities designed to acquaint you with your new surroundings and the campus community. Our goal is to equip you with all the necessary tools and knowledge to ensure a smooth transition and pave the way for academic excellence in your upcoming studies.

Once you have submitted all immunization records to the Wellness Center, you will be able to check into your room. If you will be arriving outside normal business hours (8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.), please contact the CIPS at printstu@erau.edu to make arrangements in advance. If you will be arriving earlier than International Move-In Day, you should make plans to stay in a local hotel. Be aware that you must have all records of immunizations on file to be allowed to check into housing. If the Wellness Center does not have your immunization records, your check in will be delayed. Be sure to submit them in advance and bring copies of all your immunization records!
