In addition, the challenge of mitigating a ‘resource blowout’ to meet the exacting requirements of each business. Customer Benefits • Thanks to Scaffold, the group can now ensure that each core business is given the attention and resources it needs to thrive while benefiting from shared expertise and economies of scale. This approach not only supports sustainability but also facilitates the organic growth of the businesses in a cohesive and strategic manner. • it was a lot of work to get all sites to a level playing field before scaffold could be implemented, but the time invested to be able to do so has been paid back ten fold immediately as all sites have recently benefited from the latest development cycle, and of course not had to wait for their turn.
