Lastly, we are very thankful to our members who volunteered to be on our 2022 Board. We like to introduce those who are new to the board: Vice President- Dawn Porter is a geoscientist and an independent registered landman with 15 years of oil and gas experience. She holds an MBA from WGU-Texas and has worked in the upstream energy industry across technical and consulting roles in exploration, production, and oilfield services. She is an active member of NADOA, PBADOA and is currently obtaining her Division Order Certificate. Her hobbies include food tourism with her husband, antiquing, golfing, motorcycles, and genealogy. Secretary- Gena Hale has served as Division Order Clerk III with Pioneer Natural Resources since 2017. She holds an AAS in Occupational Safety & Environment Technology. Prior to joining Pioneer Natural Resources, she worked as HSE Coordinator for CanElson Drilling, Inc. in Midland, TX. Carrie Hughes, CDOA NADOA Liaison:...................................Sonya Turner, CDOA SADOA ended 2021 with a fundraiser for The Little Light House, which supports children with special needs in the Tulsa and surrounding area with state-of-the art special education services on a tuition-free basis. Sara Massey with The Little Lighthouse spoke at the December holiday meeting and gave an overview of the role that The Little Lighthouse plays in the education of these children. At the end of her presentation, $2,000 was presented to The Little Lighthouse on behalf of the SADOA membership. SADOA hosted a luncheon meeting on February 9 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Tulsa Country Club. The speaker was Darren Gagliardi, Owner Relations/Division Order Supervisor, with Land Information Services, on the topic “Owner Relations: We’ve got a case for that!”
