Clean up after yourself – Throw away trash, wipe down your area, and return trays or dishes if applicable. Be mindful of noise – Keep conversations at a reasonable volume to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone. Be courteous to staff – Treat cafeteria workers with respect and say thank you. Dispose of food properly – Sort recyclables, compost, and trash if bins are labeled for them.

Dessert of the Month!
Lemon Blueberry Tart
Tangy lemon curd paired with juicy blueberries in a buttery tart shell— bright and beautiful for springtime.
Dessert of the Month!
Ingredients:
F or the crust (Pâte Sucrée): 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted
For the lemon filling: 4 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar 2/3 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4 lemons) 1 tbsp lemon zest 1/2 cup heavy cream 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
butter, cold and cubed 1/3 cup powdered sugar 1/4 tsp salt 1 large egg yolk 1–2 tbsp cold water For the topping:
1 cup fresh blueberries Powdered sugar for dusting (optional) Lemon zest or edible flowers for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
1. Make the crust:
In a food processor (or by hand), mix flour, sugar, and salt. Add cubed butter and pulse until it resembles coarse crumbs. Add egg yolk and water until dough starts to come together. Form into a disk, wrap in plastic, and chill for 30 minutes.
2. Pre-bake the crust:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll dough and press into a 9-inch tart pan. Prick with a fork. Line with parchment paper and fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake for 15 minutes, remove weights, and bake 10 more minutes until lightly golden. Let cool slightly. 3. Make the lemon filling: In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until smooth. Add lemon juice, zest, heavy cream, and flour. Mix well. Strain mixture through a sieve into a clean bowl (optional, for smoothness). 4. Assemble & bake: Pour lemon filling into the pre-baked crust. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 25–30 minutes or until just set (center should jiggle slightly). Cool completely. 5. Add topping: Top with fresh blueberries once cooled. Optional: Dust with powdered sugar and garnish with lemon zest or edible flowers.
