TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Terms of the sale are cash. Each animal will be sold to the highest bidder. Any disputes will be settled by the auctioneer. GUARANTEE: The bulls will be guaranteed as breeders by the suggested terms and conditions established by the American Hereford Association. ANNOUNCEMENTS: All announcements at the sale by the owners or auctioneer take precedence over the printed material. LIABILITY: All persons who attend the sale do so at their own risk. The owners assume no liability, legal or otherwise,for any accidents that might occur. HEALTH: All bulls will be guaranteed in good health. All of the bulls will be fertility tested. REGISTRATIONS CERTIFICATES: The animals will be transferred to the new owner if desired. EPDS: The EPDs are the current North American EPDs available at press time. DELIVERY: Free delivery up 150 miles of sale location. Bred heifers need to be picked up within 2 weeks of the sale date. INSURANCE - Insurance will be available to be purchased on the day of the sale. All buyers assume risk of the animal upon purchase and are encouraged to purchase mortality insurance.
