When my tween was approaching puberty, I searched for a product to lessen the worry and protect her if menarche "first menstrual period" happened but couldn't find anything. So I set about creating what today is known as Knicked : sustainable, comfortable, high quality pre- period and period underwear and swimwear for girls 8 to 18 years that eliminates the need for panty liners, bulky pads or awkward tampons.

Arts and crafts! Find a workshop (like pottery, or wreath making) and bond with your daughter ... being present can help with concentration, and it also gives you a creative outlet. Being present with your daughter fosters optimism and self-worth.

Excellent quality Had a holiday booked and an outing to the Great Barrier Reef which coincided with that time of the month!
