P art of the strength of Green - stone Homes is that the com - pany doesn’t just stop at cre - ating well-crafted homes: it likes to build well-crafted neighborhoods. It also is always coming up with new choices for homeowners, which means, in 35 years, there are all sorts of shapes and styles of homes available throughout Spokane and North Idaho. Greenstone’s newest community is North Hill, currently under construction in northern Post Falls. With the theme of “the great outdoors meets everything else,” it offers

trails, plenty of green space, and easy access to nearby golf courses. The Magnolia, North Hill’s first model home, gave Parade of Homes visitors a preview of the amenities available. “This is one of our newest floor plans,” said Greenstone Sales Manager Ian Swanstrom. The 3,598-square-foot home offers five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The two-story home was built with smart home features in mind, allowing homeowners to control many elements from their mobile devices or wall panels.
