Westbridge Treatment

Evidence-Based Practices Used In Dual Diagnosis Treatment

In treating co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, WestBridge relies on evidence-based practices that have a proven track record in long-term dual diagnosis treatment. These evidence-based practices include cognitive

behavior therapy, motivational interviewing, assertive community treatment, supported employment, and behavioral family therapy, among others.

The evidence-based practices used at WestBridge have been developed by the Dartmouth Psychiatric Research Center, which evaluates their effectiveness every three years. In the most recent

evaluation, WestBridge achieved the highest possible ranking in all of its evidence-based treatment areas.

Integrated Dual Diagnosis Treatment WestBridge welcomes you and your family to our treatment community. We believe that every individual has the ability to heal through the process of recovery. By providing the highest standard of integrated services for men in our dual diagnosis treatment programs, WestBridge has become a national leader in the behavioral health profession. We use co-occurring disorders treatment, an evidence- based approach that helps males with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorders recover while receiving mental health and addiction treatment at the same time, in the same setting, by the same treatment team. The men who come into our program receive individualized care and evidence- based strategies geared specifically to their needs, as well as their strengths and those of their families. Among dual diagnosis treatment centers, WestBridge excels in the successful treatment of men with co-occurring disorders. Our residential centers in Manchester, New Hampshire, and Brooksville, Florida, welcome men over the age of 18 who experience co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

The most meaningful validation of our co- occurring disorders treatment, however, comes from the testimonials of praise from the men who have succeeded in maintaining a healthy lifestyle upon recovery.

WestBridge supports the long-term recovery of men and their families who experience co- occurring mental illness and substance use disorders by providing residential and outpatient evidence- based treatment.
