This book provides insights to help the reader cope with personal difficulties, make self-improvements, and assist or care for others. It will be beneficial to teenagers, young adults, seniors, men and women. The thoughts provided are helpful and key in dealing with personal difficulties. Selected quotes, sayings and poems blend in wisdom and add depth to the particular topic under discussion. Key thoughts thoroughly discussed include the importance of life, sacred space, depression, trust, hope, happiness, love, denial, patience, dignity, integrity, character, ego, compassion, humility, suicide, soul, and inspiration.
