Steve Wilson
Steve Wilson joined Violet Baptist Church in July 2002 and started serving as a deacon in 2018. Steve was born in Colorado Springs and grew up in West Virginia. Steve and his wife, Lori, were married in August, 1980 while Steve was serving in the USAF. They lived in Illinois, New Mexico, West Virginia and Maryland before moving to Pickerington in 2002. Steve has two daughters - Rebekah and Kathryn, two sons-in-law – Matt and Duncan, and two grandchildren – Mason and Scarlett. Steve enjoys traveling, spending time with family and watching Ohio State football. Steve has served in VioletKids for 20 years and loves being involved in his VioletGroup and serving the Lord.
And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ.

Ryan McCleese
Ryan has been a part of Violet Baptist Church since 2003. He and his wife, Jamie, were married at Violet in 2004 and have 3 beautiful children. He joined the Deacon Team in April of 2014. Ryan enjoys helping coach his kids in sports or attending their games and track meets. During his down time, he enjoys relaxing at home.
