AUCTIONEERS’ NOTE Make plans now to participate in this major Central Illinois farmland auction of nearly 1,300 acres. All tracts sell with full farming rights for the fast approaching and much anticipated spring planting season. Land represents productive tillable cropland, with most tracts being nearly 100% tillable. The late Michael O’Neill was a very successful businessman and farmer and at the early age of 16, he started a livestock business near the Neoga and Philo, IL areas. Mr. O’Neill would frequently travel to Ireland and was very proud of his Irish heritage. He was very generous and the proceeds from this auction will go to the Irish American Partnership, helping the youth with education and community programs in Ireland.
