Building on our planning and demographic capabilities, we have developed expertise in assessing the need for educational infrastructure. We regularly assist applicants to ensure that proportionate and timely contributions towards educational infrastructure is provided in support of developments where necessary and are regularly instructed as expert witnesses on this issue.

Our core Educational Needs Assessments services include amongst other things:

Owing to the complexity of assessing the need for educational infrastructure, it is not uncommon for there to be miscalculations or omissions in the assessments of Local Educational Authority (LEAs).
