Talk and Campus Sustainability Tour: Warwick – Smart and Local 1.30pm – 3pm Tiered Lecture Theatre Ground Floor, Scarman Many of the sustainability solutions that we hear about tend to be big projects undertaken by other people – large hydrogen developments, or big wind farms – but at Warwick we aim to reduce consumption and become more efficient using local solutions. This has implications for business, shifting from the supply side of energy and putting resources into a more diffused and fragmented industry structure of local providers. During this tour, you’ll be able to hear more about community-based energy systems and Warwick’s work in this area, and see some of this in action.
