HOW TO HIRE SUCCESSFULLY: FOCUS ON MISSION, VALUES, TALENT

An organization’s success depends on hiring the right people, getting them into the right seats, and giving them opportunities to grow. Bunifu puts a lot into making sure that the people they hire are right to carry out their vision, mission, and values. We are continuously enhancing how we onboard new people, engage them both personally and professionally, and ultimately help them grow to that next level.

We have recently created an intranet collaborative space, called THE LOUNGE, where our strategic partners can gain valuable personal and professional skills that include early role/responsibilities adaptors, standard operating procedures, standardized work templates, and 24/7 access to on-demand training, tips on work- life balance and much more. We also have created collaborative workspaces to encourage sharing of best practices, solution- finding, and innovations via SLACK channels. This has been exciting to see because many of our partners have direct feedback and answers from their colleagues. We will continue to build out spaces like this to enhance the work environment for our remote partners. READ ARTICLE

Strategic Partners

Advisory Board Members

Our eLearning design strategic partners are experts in creating quality online teaching and learning that supports underrepresented populations. Many of our Strategic Partners have been with us from the very beginning. They have helped us expand and grow to the next level. Without their experience, and belief in our vision, we would not have been able to operationalize our business values and growth. We want to highlight five partners this month that have been asked to join the NEWLY FORMED ADVISORY, where we are going to create a board of power players and experts that will help guide our business vision and growth. These partners have also been given new professional titles to meet the changing trends in our industry but most importantly meet the needs of schools, districts, businesses, and our clients. Let's take a moment to congratulate them for their hard work!
