Museum of College life
O ur Christ’s College community collectively has committed nearly $193,000 to create a place – packed with stories, treasures, and memories – where we can all share in our 175 years of school history. For those returning to College, our new College Museum – overseen by Old Boy architect Alec Bruce – will be a space to unlock our memories or explore our past. For our current and future students, it will be where they connect with our unique and enduring legacy,
delve into the meaning of our traditions, and discover how the school has evolved. Located in the Hare Memorial Library (overlooking the Quad at the heart of College),
visual timeline, and significant artefacts laden with meaning. In tandem with our 175 Years Celebratory Weekend from 14–16 February, the Christ’s College Museum will be officially opened. While our remarkable heritage lives on in every boy who passes through the College gates, it also deserves to be proudly displayed. Thank you to all those who have donated to the Annual Appeal. In doing so, you have made the Christ’s College Museum a reality.
