I have loved my time at College.” What makes a good EA? “You need to have patience and be prepared to trouble shoot,” she says. “It can be either feast or famine but those quieter times are when you look ahead and do some planning for the inevitably hectic weeks. It’s all about time management. “People regularly come and see me, seeking some guidance, and it’s important for me to be available and supportive for them.” Sara’s new job in laser cutting may sound a strange segue, but she is no stranger to the craft. She

Sara was part of Christ’s College for seven years, initially as an IT technician before becoming Executive Assistant (EA) of Academic Management, working alongside Director of Music Robert Aburn, former College teacher and now Executive Principal Joe Eccleton, and, more recently, Assistant Principals Nicole Billante and Darrell Thatcher. “Christ’s College is like a family,” Sara says. “There’s a real sense of
